What do I need to open a wholesale account?

For U.S. buyers, you need a Tax ID, company name, address, and phone number. International buyers do not need a Tax ID, a company name, address, and phone number are sufficient. Registration is free and done online.

How do I place an order?

Register for a free wholesale account online to access our Order Portal. Browse our current inventory with live pricing, select your products in full master case quantities, and submit your order. Our team responds within 24 business hours with confirmation and payment instructions.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is $10,000 USD in full master case quantities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Wire Transfers only. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. We distribute 100% authentic brand-name perfumes and colognes sourced through established wholesale channels in the United States.

Do you sell to individual consumers?

No. Miami Trading Zone is strictly B2B. We serve retailers, Amazon FBA and e-commerce sellers, and international distributors who purchase in full master case quantities.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide and currently serve over 2,000 active wholesale accounts across the Americas, Caribbean, Africa, and other international markets.

How often are inventory and pricing updated?

Our wholesale price list and inventory are updated twice daily to reflect current availability and pricing.

Do you offer drop-shipping?

No, we do not offer drop-shipping services at this time. We are a wholesale distributor serving retailers, e-commerce sellers, and distributors who purchase in bulk.

What is the difference between Miami Trading Zone and Worldwide Perfumes?

They are the same company. Worldwide Perfumes LLC was founded in 2000 and rebranded to Miami Trading Zone Group LLC in 2020.

Are shipping costs included in the wholesale prices?

No, shipping costs are additional to the product prices. Shipping rates depend on order size, weight, and destination.
